Procurement Manager

General Responsibilities

This position is to execute as per established procurement strategy for all the projects in business plan, to maximize company’s profit and minimize risk through sound negotiation with suppliers and to ensure quality offer summary submission on time.

            Detail Responsibilities;

          • Lead in supplier sourcing as per established procurement strategy
          • Search profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships
          • Discuss, negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
          • Settle purchase details of orders and deliveries
          • Manage the process of existing/ new contracts of products
          • Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements
          • Ensure all the risk mitigation and monitoring activities are implemented as planned.
          • Maintain good relationship with vendors.
          • Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs
          • Constantly liaise with sales department to understand and stay up to date to the end user requirement and competitions.
          • Submit related procurement reports on time.
          • Perform ad-hoc assigned tasks by management.


            • Qualifications and Education Requirements;

            • University graduate.

            • Age between 30 to 35

            • Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement.

            • Good working knowledge of supply chain management and sales.

            • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.

            • Proficiency in all 4 English skills.
