Daw Le Le Win is an experienced manager with wide-ranging expertise in the areas of business operations, development, and planning. As managing director of IPG Co., Ltd., Daw Le Le Win is responsible for overseeing all departments and budgets as well as negotiating partnerships and managing investor relations. Before taking on her current role, Daw Le Le Win held a range of roles across several IGE business units. Daw Le Le Win first joined IGE over 12 years ago in 2004 as assistant manager and then manager of the IGE Trading procurement department followed by two years as deputy general manager of the finance department. In 2008 she became general manager of IGE’s hydropower division and in 2012 was named managing director.

Daw Le Le Win holds a BSc (honors) in Physics and an MSc in Engineering from Yangon University. She also earned an MBA from the Yangon Institute of Economics and is an ACCA Certified Fundamental (knowledge and skills) Accountant. Daw Le Le Win also holds an International Diploma in Computer Studies (IDCS) and an International Advanced Diploma in Computer Studies (IADCS) from NCC Education, a diploma in Management Principles (DMP) from LCCI, post-graduate diploma in English from Yangon University of Foreign Languages, a post-graduate diploma in Professional Political Management and a master’s degree in Professional Political Management (MPM) from CSIS Myanmar, Aldersgate University. A native of Myanmar, Daw Le Le Win is fluent in English.
